OFFICIAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

All purchases of computer and gaming peripherals are subject to these official shipping and delivery terms. A fixed, flat-rate delivery fee applies to standard items: 70 Taka (tk) for locations inside the Dhaka Metropolitan Area and 130 Taka (tk) for deliveries outside Dhaka (nationwide). Please note that for oversize or heavy items, specifically including but not limited to gaming monitors, this stated fee will be increased, and the final shipping charge will be calculated and clearly presented at checkout. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours, with estimated delivery times of 1-2 business days inside Dhaka and 2-5 business days outside Dhaka; however, these times are projections and not guaranteed, and the Company is not responsible for external logistical delays. The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the Customer once the package is handed over to the courier. Customers must ensure the accuracy of their delivery details, and failure to accept an order after multiple delivery attempts due to inaccurate information may result in the order's cancellation and the Customer being liable for return and re-delivery costs.
